Fyrir 3 vikum ættleiddi ég kött frá Kattholti. Hún heitir Ylfa 5 ára og er fyrrverandi villikisa. Hún hefur verið mjög hrædd og lítil í sér og hefur mest verið I felum undir baðskáp. Svo fór hún að koma fram á nóttinni til að borða og leika sér. Nú er hún að mestu leyti fram hjá mér en ég fæ enn ekki að klappa henni. Ég ákvað frá byrjun að leyfa henni að setja mörkin, hún getur svo komið til mín þegar hún er tilbúin.
Þetta er allt að koma, eitt hænuskref í einu.
About 3 weeks ago I adopted a cat from a cat shelter named Kattholt. Her name is Ylfa, 5 years old and a former feral cat.
She´s a very scared and wary cat and she has been hiding under my bathroom vanity most of the time, then she started to come out at night (when I had gone to bed) to eat and play. Now she spends most of her time around me. I´m not allowed to pet her yet though.
When I got her I decided to let her set the bounaries and she could come to me when she was ready.
Everything is coming along one tiny step at a time.
